How can we stop the Privatisation Bulldozer?

Next weekend, the Socialist Party are hosting the annual 'Socialism' weekend in London. It includes a wide range of issues and speakers, not least Kshama Sawant, elected with close to 100,000 votes as a Socialist Councillor in Seattle. More details can be found via http://socialism2014.com/.

On Sunday afternoon, I have been invited to contribute at a forum called "Can the privatisation bulldozer be stopped?"

You can get a sneak preview of the presentation I have drafted for use at the session via http://goo.gl/5zMdS1.

It focuses on academisation of schools in England but also links to the exploitation of supply teachers and, above all, a wider discussion on socialist education policy.

Come along and join the discussion!
